I withhold the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.

Commissions will take, on average, 1-12 weeks to complete depending on the project. A rush fee may be available for +50% of the total commission price.

Prices listed are not commercial. Please contact me for commercial requests.

The client may use, print, or post the commissioned work for any personal use with visible credit.

Stream use is also permitted (such as for emotes/alerts).

When using commissioned work as an emote on twitch, attributing me (chimeracries) as the artist is appreciated but not required.

Commercial use is not permitted (for use in merch or sales). Commercial usage rights may be added for an additional fee.

I retain the rights to add commissioned works to my digital portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

I do NOT allow any of my work to be used in non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or AI Generators.

Do not resell, alter, or edit my artwork. This includes, but is not limited to, turning reference sheet pngs into separated L2D models, drawing on top of completed works, and/or tracing over my art. Cropping or clipping is allowed.

Full refunds may be accepted only if I have not started working on your commission.

Commissions that were started have 20% non-refundable fee at minimum.

No refunds will be issued after the work has been completed and delivered.

A down payment of 20% of the invoice must be made before I begin your commission.

The client will receive the files of the commissioned work only after the full invoice has been paid.

Payment is accepted via Paypal. Ko-fi payments may be accepted upon request.

These are digital goods; No physical items will be delivered.
